LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR REQUIRED
FULL TIME POST- TRAINING GIVEN

Applicants should be:

  1. Positive and self motivated
  2. Smart and approachable  
  3. Seeking a career not just a job

Jobs description:

  1. Liaise with landlords and tenants
  2. Organise and Conduct viewings
  3. All aspects Lettings administration 
  4. 45 Hours per week inc. Alternate Saturdays
  5. Full driving license with use of own car

Start date:

  1. Immediate- can wait if the ideal candidate

Full training available in all areas of letting and administration

Salary negotiable based on experience Good basic + on target earnings
